GALAXY FOLD 5 no generate AI on notes

Hello,

I had a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4, and I did have the AI generative option in Notes when I did a drawing and asked AI to improve it.

However, I don't have this option on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 5; it only provides options for text, not images. When I circle around the image, it only shows me text AI Generative options. I bought it on Amazon UK.

i even factory erase it ..but doenst work

UI Version: 6.1

Is there something I am missing in the device setup?

Hello 👋 @Members_WSZCIQc 

If you go into the Ai settings of the phone is everything turned On. 

And as you've bought the phone from Amazon let's see what version you have by you looking in Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Service Provider Software Version > Look at the three alphabetical letters at the end. 

For example my phone is from Samsung UK so ends in Eux. 

You can check yours via this list > https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-a-series/list-of-samsung-galaxy-csc-country-specific-prod... 

Amd or Google it. 

The model number you state shouod kead to a UK variant.

In your default apps make sure in Digital assistant analyse on screen image is activated.

Also, if I go to photos and select a face or object and generate .. it also doesn't do anything

@Members_WSZCIQc: Are you fully up to date on the affected device, as One UI 6.1.1 brought with it some additional AI features. To check, please head to Settings > Software update > Download and install (Wi-Fi connection required).

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your Galaxy Fold5 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
