GALAXY FOLD 5 no generate AI on notes

Hello,

I had a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4, and I did have the AI generative option in Notes when I did a drawing and asked AI to improve it.

However, I don't have this option on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 5; it only provides options for text, not images. When I circle around the image, it only shows me text AI Generative options. I bought it on Amazon UK.

i even factory erase it ..but doenst work

Is there something I am missing in the device setup?

Hello... it didn't work; I even proceeded with a factory reset. It just doesn't give me the option, which is strange since it did on the Z Fold 4.

@Members_WSZCIQc: This does suggest that you are not on the latest One UI version, as the Galaxy AI option in the Settings menu was introduced with One UI 6.1.1. To double check, please head to Settings > About phone > Software information > One UI version. 

If it says One UI 6.1, and if you are currently unable to update to the latest version, then this suggests that the phone is not intended for use in your current location. For instance, if you are based in the UK, and your CSC is 'EUY' then this should ideally be 'EUX' to ensure full compatibility with updates in this region.
