What to do: Thinking about buying the Fold3 or Flip3 - Page 2

hi all need some advice I really am not sure what to do I have a iPhone 12 and it is great does the job perfect but I have just noticed the flip 3 I have to say I like the look of it .

I moved from Android couple of yrs ago I do t mind iOS or Android am not one to choose sides what’s making me like it more is the fact samsung trade in will take £550 for my 12 that leaves £400 for the new flip 3 I have to say which is a very good deal ,, what do you guys think of the idea ?

Thank you for the update. I'm not 100% sure but the phone may have a factory fitted tpu screen protector on it. The crease will be noticeable due to the nature of the build. So how are you going to swing on this ?

It prob has got a factory fitted one but it just felt very soft I would be so worried about it all the time as I am so used to glass protectors yea and I think the crease would get on my nerves tbf as I say it’s a lovely phone but I think I will wait and see what apple say next month I am so glad I went in the shop and had a feel of it saw the lavender an all Matte black really nice

I find it's always better to have hands on with a phone before pulling the trigger and buying one.

These devices are expensive in the first place.

Perhaps look at the cooling off period at the store your contemplating buying it from so you can return the phone if it's not for you.

I did this when I bought the Exynos model of the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G and returned the phone to Samsung UK within their 28 day peace of mind guarantee.

Take into account you've only had limited hands on with the phone.

Buyers remorse can be a hurdle.

Hi just a update I have pre order the flip 3 I got it with a trade up and 10% discount for £359 I am really excited for the move from iPhone as that’s becoming abit same for me so I am looking forward to the crossover thanks for all the advice etc 🙂
