Upgrade program

Hi. Hopefully someone can help me.. I bought fold 6 under the upgrade program. I know it isn't available anymore however I have a contract signed. Anyway I haven't received an email confirming if Samsung is going to honor this contract or not. I have spent many hours in the phone without luck. I've been from one department to another and nobody seems to want to help. In fact my agreement number isn't working anymore. Obviously Samsung still taking the money from my account. Anyway does anyone know or has the same bad experience. I would appreciate some help.

Yes your correct that the programme has been discontinued.

thanks but Ive called everyone and not luck I've bought my phone and according to the contract I would be able to upgrade it, however Samsung it is breaking the contract
