Has anyone else had issues recently logging into the upgrade programme lounge? I know the programme has ended but I really want to get rid of my Z Fold 5 and understand when ordering a new phone you can send the current one back after 12 months and the Klarna payment is written off?
But when I try to log into the lounge during the last week I get
"We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."
I've tried contacting samsung multiple times and i might as well smack my head against the wall.

Hello @mike949494 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
According to the Samsung Support Information within https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-upgrade/
" Is the Samsung Upgrade Programme still available?
Unfortunately, the Samsung Upgrade Programme has been shut down as of 17th January, 2024. Existing Samsung Upgrade customers may still be offered the ability to purchase a new device after 12 months. Simply log into the Upgrade Lounge above, select your new device, and checkout using one of our offered payment & finance options. "
You should still be able to login via https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-upgrade Login.
Try clearing your browsers cookies and caches and browsing history , and kr Try another device , Internet browser and ensure private browsing isn't on.
If you can't login then I'd suggest to have a good look through all relevant Terms and Conditions, and continue to make contact with Samsung directly.

Hi guys. Just a post to say that I've removed a couple posts, and a reminder to keep things civil -- even if you disagree with one another.
Cheers.
