Hi,

I tried to return my Z3 in September under the upgrade programme but the phone had some security software on it linked to the IMEI which wan’t removed when formatting the phone prior to its return. Eventually the phone was sent back to me by Samsung. After a lot of delays I’ve not removed the lock.

Does anyone know if it’s too late to return the phone now? The amount outstanding in the original interest free loan is still more than I could get selling the phone privately so it still makes sense to send it back if that’s possible.

Any guidance would be very welcome!

I'd suggest to check the Upgrade Terms and Conditions in regards to any eligibility dates for return as they maybe different in different countries @PSE 

To be certain of your options give the relevant Samsung Department a call.
