Warning do not use trade in program

I considered the warnings about the trade in program as just Internet trolling, but I've been proved wrong. My z fold 4 had a scratch on metal by screen but no damage to the screen itself, they say it's delamination of the screen and charged me half of the trade in value. I'd suggest that anyone using the trade in take this into account as I've seen others having the same issue online. I feel really betrayed by Samsung as im a loyal customer buying flagship devices for years, this is the last time I'd touch a Samsung product if it's how they treat customers.

Never had an issue - yet, I don't trade in items with damage.

Loyal customer or not, but at the end of the day it's important to look at the requirements and make sure your device meets them. Being no images included, it's not possible to say if your device was bad enough to be treated as such.

Hi i just wanted to let others know. I only have the poorly focused photo from the trade in team. I was surprised at Samsungs scores on trustpilot and number of people impacted by poor trade in experience

My own experience has been very good with Samsung / MTR

Whilst you say no damage to the screen, you are only looking at the front facing element.

Samsung / MTR have access to very clever software on your device and tech that can see under the screen and inside devices to check for damage.

They found some. Hence the change in trade in value.

All my purchases Samsung online with trade in in last two years. Fully satisfied no complaints. Even enjoyed it with different promotions and discounts. I would recommend others to do the same.

Never had any issues with trade in but I have always sent an immaculate mobile device. Uk.

I had never problems with trade in and we upgrading almost every year. Watch, phones. I always make pics from the items I trade in
