MacroEV won't respond to emails

My phone was rejected by MacroEV as part of the trade in program.  I paid the trade in value amount over a week ago and was told my phone would be returned to me within 2-3 days. They have not returned my phone and are not answering my emails! #fold4

Hi @MurrayS  Know this is somewhat frustrating and customer service is  not  satisfactory, hopefully just a bit of a delay.   Take it you are based in Ireland as MacroEv seem to have the contract there.

From the Terms:

"9.4 If we return your device, we use An Post at our cost (unless specified otherwise). If An Post cannot deliver the device, we will ask them to return it to our registered office and we will contact you to check your address. Once we receive confirmation that the address is correct we will resend the device"
