Samsung z flip 3 galaxy watch promotion

I see that there is a new Samsung galaxy watch 4 promotion to anyone that has bought the Z flip 3 phone. But the start date was 17th (today) but I have bought mine on the 10th. Was I too earlier!? I'm very gutted. I have tried but it says about the dates 😞 is there anyway they can let me claim this? Thank you.

Wow....just look at all the greedy entitled people! They give stuff away to encourage sales, not because you deserve it. You would have been climbing over each other throwing your money at them if it came with a free turd so didn't need encouraging. When sales begin to drop off they they start the promotions to entice a few more people in to paying full price before they are forced to lower the price.

They send me a text message and told me that I'm going to receive it for 45 days they will contact me via email but I haven't receive any email 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have just purchased (1month ago) a flip phone and have still not received the watch from the promotion and cant find anyway of chasing this.

any help appreciated.  thank you.

@Members_LI0o0LN: If you have completed the online claim form, and received an email to let you know that the claim was successful, then it can take up to 45 days for the item to be dispatched to you. In the meantime you can track the progress of your claim via the relevant claim site, depending on where you purchased your Galaxy Z Flip3, by clicking on Track My Claim and entering the required information.
