Samsung Fold3 - Crashed, Black Screen, Slow, Looping

So received a phone call this morning, answered it and unfolded, phone became unresponsive.

After a Vol Down + Power back to life, but then three more times the same issue.

Device is working now but noticeably sluggish.

A quick Google to get the device running seems to suggest a common issue, anyone else experience the same ?

PS. Resorted to my laptop to send this message.

Appears to be a known issue (quick Google) whereby the fold connectors work loose or break, when folding and unfolding, to be confirmed as now booked in with Samsung.

Very annoying and worrying as i paid nearly £1,900 for this on the 5th Dec 2021.

Update tried a factory reset, had to anyway to send for repair, issue is even worse.
So 10 ish days from tomorrow, just settign up an old iPhone 6s to use in the meantime, shame call on other devices won't work solo on on Samsung Tab S8 Ultra.

I send to get repaired had the same problem with flip. They send me pictures that my phone screen was damaged!! They want to charge me 309£ for it!! When I was sending my phone was intact. Not a scratch on it!!

Thanks for the heads up, my Fold3 is flawless as well, i will take some videos, but this is worrying.

WHAT 15 days, i have barely lasted a day using a backup iPhone 6s.
What issue did you have?

Everytine I made or received a call the phone would crash. No amount of troubleshooting would resolve it so of it went for repair. No idea when I'll get it back

Exactly the same issue, but i found IF i left the mobile folded and sat on the table, it would be fine, as soon as i touched it meltdown.

I read somewhere it maybe the connectors between the front and rear display coming loose, but assumed that would be an easy fix.
