Samsung store update loop

Just got my Z Flip 4 yesterday and was setting my phone up. I can't seem to update the Galaxy store. Every time is almost update it says error and the app closes. I can't use the Galaxy store. I've reset cache and data and it's still not working. Please help🙏

Are you able to try on Wi-Fi connection @Halimatt  🤔

Try clearing data and cache in the storage option for the app. Press and hold on the galaxy store icon, select the "i" option, scroll to "storage" and select that, then clear "data" and " cache" that should reset the store. See if that works and let us know. Hope that helps

I've done that, the problem is not solved .

@Akskillz: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Uninstall updates. 

Now, open the Galaxy Store once again, and check to see if the issue persists. Please note that the Galaxy Store will close after the update completes, therefore please wait for around 30 seconds before you re-open it, as it won't be immediately available.
