Anyone else experiencing Sound Issues After June 2025 Update? Device: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 (Model: SM-F721B) **Current Software Version:** * One UI 7.0 * Android 15 * Build number: F721BXXSAHYE2 * Security patch: 1 May 2025 * Update installed: 3 June 2025. After installing the latest software update on 3 June 2025, my phone’s audio system has been significantly affected. I am experiencing one or more of the following issues: No notification sounds, Volume randomly lowers or becomes unresponsive. These problems did not exist before the update. Driving me mad!

UPDATE:

I went on holiday last week and half way through our break my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has become pretty much unusable. So, in addition to the notifications/sound issue, my phone seems to be hanging on lock, unable to open/unlock phone (I have to press the side power button several times until it decides it wants to unlock), weird screen colours, sometimes green pixilated lines, complete crash. My mobile is well and truly goosed and I haven't heard ANYTHING back from Samsung after submitting a ticket via this Members thing.....not happy!

This certainly isn't the behaviour we would expect. With the multiple issues you are facing, we need to swiftly get your phone performing properly for you.  Error reports through our Samsung Members app are great for reporting bugs and unusual behaviour, but ultimately, any fixes provided will usually be through future software updates. We would recommend contacting our Mobile support team for some in-depth troubleshooting. You can reach our Mobile support through Text Chat, under Support, within Samsung Members.
