My Samsung fold 4 wifi is not turning on.
I've performed following but still no luck
1) reboot the phone
2) reset wifi & Bluetooth
3) reboot in safe mode and restart wifi
Any more suggestions?

@Nisal Kuma: Please try heading to Settings > Connections > Flight mode, and toggle this option off if it's active. If it is already switched off, toggle it on, then off again to see if this helps. If the issue persists, please press the Volume Down and Side buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts to resolve any software issues which might be a contributing factor. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.

I would factory reset and not restore apps and settings . Setting it up as new, installing apps as and when needed.
Rest can be recovered from backup.

Don't bother sending it to Samsung. First, they will deny that it is a software problem, even though there are hundreds of people reporting it and it is clearly related to the update. Then they will charge you $100 to look at it, only to give you a bogus estimate for $600+ to replace your display, hinge, battery, and a bunch of other completely unrelated parts, and ask for a credit card number to charge before they proceed. For a software problem that they know exists. I was so angry about the bait and switch I told them to not touch my phone and send it back. Now I'm $100 poorer and have a phone that doesn't work properly due to a Samsung created problem. I've loved my fold, but after this disaster I probably won't be buying another phone from them.

I just had this problem. Following advice after Googling the problem, this fixed it:
1. Turn phone off and wait a few seconds.
2. Hold down power and volume down keys until phone restarts (Samsung logo appears).
3. Release power button but keep pressing volume down key for another 10s.
4. Release volume down button.
5. Phone starts in safe mode.
6. Go to General Management, Reset, Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings, press Reset.
7. Restart phone as normal
8. Problem fixed 👍🏻

This no longer works! It did for a few hours, 2 days ago, now trying it again fixes nothing. I have tried the same in maintenance mode and all other fixes on the internet. Nothing works. What is going on Samsun!
