Hello @Kumarjaivardhan and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
In the UK if the phone is purchased from Samsung and has passed 14 days since purchase ,then Samsung will carry out a repair under the 2 year warranty for free unless accident damage is present.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Im having the exact same issue since the phone had an automatic update. Samsung tried to say it was an app I had downloaded but I haven't downloaded any apps in months. Factory reset the phone and the issue remains.

Hello @Kumarjaivardhan
I experienced a similar issue recently. I purchased my Z Flip 6 at the end of August, and after encountering problems with the device, I reached out to Samsung support. I explained that this seems to be a recurring issue, as many users have reported similar concerns on their official community forums. Samsung arranged a free repair under warranty, and I received my phone back within a week.
While I appreciated their prompt response, I depend on my phone for work, so the repair process was inconvenient. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Samsung, emphasizing that a flagship product should not encounter such issues within just four months of purchase. I also raised my concern that a repaired phone is now expected to last the remaining warranty period, which feels unfair for a product at this price point.
I firmly stated my case and requested a refund, explaining my reasons clearly. Samsung ultimately agreed to issue the refund. I encourage anyone facing similar issues to stay persistent and know their consumer rights. If the product is defective, consumer laws are often on your side.
Regarding your specific case: Since your product is still under warranty and extended warranty, I recommend contacting Samsung support immediately to report the problem. Based on my experience, they may initially offer repairs or replacement, but if the issue persists or you’re dissatisfied, you can escalate the matter and request a refund immediately. I hope this helps, and I wish you a resolution soon.
