I've had a look at the Samsung Manufacturing Warranty page and unfortunately it does not state anywhere that phone cases are covered.
I assume Samsung would need to consider how long the case has been owned by the customer and take into consideration wear and tear. So if a case fails within a very short time frame then that might be considered as a defect in the materials or workmanship.

On purchases Samsung uk offer 14 day returns no quibble.
I would suggest to phone Samsung Customer Services to ask directly and circumvent Live Chat.
I'm not aware of which region your in so just Google for your countries support details.

Alternatively there will be purchase options online from Samsung or 3rd party manufacturers.

Did you ring the number provided ?
I had the case that came with the starter pack with my Fold³ but I didn't like it to be honest.
This had a removable plastic silo that held the Fold pen.
I ended up just using an official Samsung snap on case and carried the sPen in the silo that could be slid off the case I didn't like !
There are so many cases to choose from but as I haven't tried them personally it wouldn't be right for me to recommend some.
They should have attached reviews and look at YouTube reviews.

They are absolutely useless. My case snapped within a month and the robots just said its outside the 14 days. There is nowhere to go after this and the customer service is non-existent. As pointed out the case is nearly £90 for a cheap product that is not fit for purpose.
