Phone keeps making a white noise sound

Can anyone help me please? 

My phone has started intermittently making a loud short white noise sort of sound, I have no apps open. My phone can be open and unlocked, or closed and it still does it. 

Its irritating me

How to Soft Reset Galaxy Z Fold 2

Press and hold the Power Button up to three seconds.

Tap the Power Off button on the screen.

Tap the Power Off button again to confirm.

Wait until the Galaxy Z Fold is powered down.

Press and hold the Power button until the startup logo appears.

@kellydog: Next time you hear the sound, please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Recently Sent, and checking here to see if any apps are listed that correspond with the time the sound occurred. If you find a match, tap on the app and adjust the notification sound accordingly
