Ive had my Flip6 for 7 weeks and today the screen started becoming unresponsive. The screen is doing a few different things, I took a photo of it at its worst which I will put in this post.
1. It started with a small area of the screen going the way it looks in the photo making the entire screen unresponsive.
2. The screen would go black and sound was still coming from the phone.
3. The screen would freeze with no visible abnormalities and become unresponsive.
4. The screen had a thick white line down the middle and fuzzy edges.
5. The screen goes as in the photo below.
6. Sometimes when I open the screen it works for a short time and other times it doesnt work at all.
The phone is still like new there are no marks, dents or scratches on the phone anywhere. I have went to the Samsung repair website but it ends in telling me to contact Samsung. I cant seem to find a phone number to call Samsung to arrange a repair or replacement phone. Can someone here please advise me what to do/who to contact. Thank you!

Hi thanks for the replies. I will call that number. The website link basically takes me round in circles. I would rather speak to someone and arrange sending the phone to samsung.

Hi. J started this thread I'm signed in through samsung account at the minute. No bubble on my phone but they charged me £304 to fix it and said it was my fault (Impact damage lol).
Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that these phones suck.
I am going to get a number to call samsung about this all.
