Ive had my Flip6 for 7 weeks and today the screen started becoming unresponsive. The screen is doing a few different things, I took a photo of it at its worst which I will put in this post.

1. It started with a small area of the screen going the way it looks in the photo making the entire screen unresponsive.

2. The screen would go black and sound was still coming from the phone.

3. The screen would freeze with no visible abnormalities and become unresponsive.

4. The screen had a thick white line down the middle and fuzzy edges.

5. The screen goes as in the photo below.

6. Sometimes when I open the screen it works for a short time and other times it doesnt work at all.

The phone is still like new there are no marks, dents or scratches on the phone anywhere. I have went to the Samsung repair website but it ends in telling me to contact Samsung. I cant seem to find a phone number to call Samsung to arrange a repair or replacement phone. Can someone here please advise me what to do/who to contact. Thank you!

Hello @frosty1408 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

Before letting a Samsung Service Centre having habds on via https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ Please first try a back up and factory reset.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi thanks for the replies. I will call that number. The website link basically takes me round in circles. I would rather speak to someone and arrange sending the phone to samsung.

Do you have a small bubble like effect on the right side, besides the power button, I sent mine to get repaired, and they said this was the reason for the same effect as yours so I would have to pay to get it fixed, so many other users with same issue, and Samsung refusing to honour warranty.

Factory reset won't resolve the issue. It's an issue samsung is denying. There are other users with the same issue, including myself.

Hi. J started this thread I'm signed in through samsung account at the minute. No bubble on my phone but they charged me £304 to fix it and said it was my fault (Impact damage lol).

Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that these phones suck.

I am going to get a number to call samsung about this all.
