Dear Samsung,
As a loyal customer to Samsung and a potential buyer of the next galaxy Z flip 7, I would personally like to see the following improvements made to the device.
I would firstly like to see an improvement to the front facing camera. I currently have a galaxy S21 5g which is a 10mp (f2.2) and from what I understand, the galaxy Z flip 6 includes the same camera. I, along with probably many other people no doubt think this camera is good. However, I feel that there are improvements that could be made to this, as well as it's recording capabilities which are arguably more advanced in rival products currently avaliable on the market.
As well as that, I would like to see the galaxy Z flip 7 incorporate improvements to both battery capacity and charging speeds. These will also be another factors which will influence my choice between purchasing other competition avaliable on the market or the next Z flip 7. I appreciate the Z flip 6's battery capacity has been improved over the Z flip 5's, however, with the Samsung galaxy S24 ultra offering a 5000mAh battery and 45W charging speeds, alongside other competitors offering the same and better, I believe offering these improvements would be welcomed and would narrow the gap between the Z flip 7 and competition from other brands, as battery efficiency is a key factor when purchasing a mobile phone.
