I bought a brand new galaxy z fold 5 2 days ago.
Straight out of the box there was a problem with the way the haptic feedback worked.
It made weird noises, and still is as I'm writing this post.
I tried restarting, updating to the latest version, and playing with the haptic settings.
Nothing worked.
What could have caused this? The device never fell or got hit.
Please let me know what to do.
I'm lost.

Is there a warranty with the phone? Contact the retailer and discuss options.
Where are you based?

Definitely do contact the retailer that sold the device to you. They should likely be able to repair or replace your device. I wish you luck.
