Installed eSIMs disappear from settings UI (SIM-Manager)

Hi,

since a few days - probably since the last update - installed eSIMs are disappearing from the settings and it isn't possible switching between them, or removing them.

A re-installation of the profile isn't possible as it is already installed.  Vodafone doesn't allow to disconnect the profile form the current device on their website. I have to call the hotline and if there is someone who does to do the disconnect the profile is available for installation again.

Is this a known problem?

I'm sure you can only have one eSim profile installed at any one time. You've said 'eSims' a couple of times. If you've two numbers, and you want to have both on the phone then one will need to be eSim and other needs to physical sim card.

Unless I misunderstood this post altogether 🤔

I think you can have multiple Esim profiles, but just use one at any one time

You can have multiple eSIMs and on the S24 series you can use 2 eSIMs simultaneously
