how many days would Samsung care plus take to get back to customer?

bought a new galaxy fold 5G  accidentally  dropped and  damaged the maim screen have registered my repair request for 6 days now and i havent heard a single word any suggestions about there repair process.

@vixx7788: Sorry to hear that you've damaged your Galaxy Fold 5G. If you have Samsung Care+ then you can arrange a repair by contacting our Help Desk directly on 0333 000 0333, where an advisor will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you. I hope this helps.
