Hi

Basically I understand we have the option to set user profiles on the phone.
I hand watched YouTube vids and stuff but on my phone I can't find the option to activate profile users.
How do I do that please?

@SamsungS81: I'm not certain that this is possible on the Fold and Flip series of devices. Please can you confirm the model name of the device you're attempting to add a second user profile to, and I will look into this further for you?

I am looking to add on z fold 4.....I thought this was a standard fair for Android and Samsung users.

@SamsungS81: This feature was available on selected tablets, however it isn't possible to create a second user profile on the Galaxy Z Fold 4. for more information, please take a look at the link below.

I have seen the feature on s22 ultr. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to do it.
Not sure if it is allowed in the UK though.
It's an android feature where you can create multiple user accounts on samsung phones.

I know exactly what you mean - and am sad to report officially I have learned from Samsung support with the OneUI 5 Android 13 update this option is removed and no longer available to use on your device.
