Me too. I also can't get mine fixed no matter what I do

I uinstalled the Shop App and downloaded it via Google. I can now get in, but just does not load my orders. I missed out on the 5% off because of this issue!

Download it via Google play store, I like that

Clear the cache after. Let me know if you can see your orders.
