I got a software update for my samsung z fold 4, two days ago. After the update, the hotspot, wifi and Bluetooth don't allow me to turn them on. I tried resetting network settings. And restarted the phone. After a restart, they work for some time, then automatically turn themselves off. I don't want to do a factory reset. Is there any option where I can roll back the updates?

@Rajio: I'm sorry to advise that it is not possible to revert to a previous Android / One UI version following an update. If the problem should persist then please submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members app, and our team of experts can explore any potential software issues which might be affecting your Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Hotspot connectivity.

To do so, please open Samsung Members > Support (bottom right) > Send arrow (bottom right). You will now be notified that Samsung Members is collecting system log data.

Select your most relevant category > Adjust the “Frequency” section depending on how often the issue occurs > Ensure “Send system log data” is enabled to attach the log > Write a detailed account of the experienced behaviour, as well as timestamps if possible. Finally, attach any relevant video, image or audio files using the paper clip in the top right, before pressing the Send arrow. When doing so, please submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem, as this will ensure that the attached data accurately reflects the issue at hand.

goodluck its sad if its a software issue they are telling me to take it to a place to fix. When they send out updates people should be notified..

Yeah same here. I was asked to take it for repair. Yes they should inform. Or they should separate security updates from system upgrades. I only need updates for security. I don't want any additional features. Why fix something that isn't broken, right?
