Hi @trot123. Make sure that you have an active SIM card in your phone. One way to check is if you have any signal bars at the top right of the screen.
Have you checked if this happens with one contact or with all contacts? Does this issue occur in a certain area or everywhere? Have you transferred (ported) your number across from another network in the last few days/weeks?
