My Fold 3 is only few days old so it was quite a shock to see a blinking dead pixel on a new device. Wonder if I will get a replacement?

Still waiting for the replacement unit. If you are not patient don't buy from Samsung.

I just found this same issue on my phone. Not dropped or anything. Did you get any resolution to this. Will be calling support tomorrow.

I am still waiting for a replacement. Samsung is putting you at the back of the queue so until they have anything in stock (which they don't) you will be waiting for a long time.

Finally give up on endless waiting and ask for a refund. To add insult to injury, Samsung now saying I have to wait another 7-10 working days for a refund. Which could mean anything up to a month for even longer by Samsung's standard. Samsung really know how to screw their customers good and proper.

I am now very certain Samsung customer service and sales team are insane. After I called they to cancel the replacement on Monday, Samsung now change the status on there website to "preparing dispatch". Just give me the refund, Samsung!!!!!!!!

I am really lost for words with Samsung. Even after being assured by their customer service many times that my order has been cancelled and that the information showing on there website is just a mistake. I am now receiving delivering notification emails from both Samsung and DPD.
The level of incompetence is truly shocking. How can Samsung keep telling me lies after lies? Surly this kind of force sales tactic is illegal.

Another update:
Since Samsung failed to cancel the replacement and instead carry on the delivery. Their customer service advise me to refuse the delivery and slap me of another so called "7-10 working days" delay for Samsung to process my refund.
The level of incompetence in their customer service is truly shocking. The worst part is that you, the customer, are solely responsible for Samsung's mistakes. With the most recent delay Samsung would have had my money in their bank for 2 months before they release my refund, and there is nothing I can do about it as a consumer.

When I thought things couldn't get any worse, Samsung has surprised me yet again.
Not only Samsung didn't refund me, they now send me an email claiming the order has been complete and the phone has been delivered. It is totally untrue as I refuse to take the delivery as advised by Samsung's own customer service team.
Luckily I have a video recording to show that I refused the DPD delivery, also there is delivery info on DPD's website showing the parcel has been returned to Samsung.
I really don't know how a company can sink to this level.

I just got some stuck pixels on the hinge of my zflip3. Called and talked to a guy with a time difference of 13 hours and chickens in the background. Assumed there HAD to be a native-english-speaking team so I called back like 5 more times and chose different options. Finally got transferred to the "z team." The guy sounded like he was from the southern US(Lil Nas? lol) and emailed me a shipping label for repair within 5 minutes of us talking. I got a confirmation email that it was delivered to samsung less than a day after dropping it off at ups and am able to track the repair on samsung's website. Hopefully it keeps moving smoothly, especially cuz i got the white one and had to wait like a month and a half (ordered august 12th, phone released august 27th, got it 3 weeks ago)
