It happened with my phone after updates of the end of January 2025. Samsung even not giving an options for customers to deny new updates or back up to old, like its not our phones/ property, that's very wrong and against consumers law!

Now the same issue with Flip 4....Samsung should take responsibility for their destroying updates with issues! And hive a chance for customers to deny the new updates that Samsung forcing customers to do every month...

After doing my update my flip 4 just stopped working. It boots then crashes.
Has Samsung addressed this? I think my operating system is gone 😕

I also have this problems. They started after I did the latest update last week around June 4th. Please samsung fix the issue. I can't fold my phone anymore without it shutting down.
