You have to go to .... Samsung Boost on the new device you are trying to get the code for, and once on Samsung Boost you sign into your Samsung Galaxy account when it promts you to.
The Samsung Boost page then automatically checks the EIME number on the device your using and verifies its a brand new device and then generates the code when you click on the Disney + offer. You then copy the code and then go to
https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/redeem
and paste/enter the code on the first screen and then enter your Disney account email on the second etc , this verifies your code and links it to your Disney account.... you have to input your card payment details as a back up but youll then see confirmationt of your billing date. In most cases the Disney page will do a " catd verification " call on your Banking app to verify the card , thats all ... I had the same trouble and l chatted with Disney directly ...
