The inside screen on my Zfold5 has broken and I’ve been told by Samsung that they offer a free repair as it’s still in warranty. I’ve arranged for the phone to be picked up several times but DPD never turn up. When I contact Samsung they tell me to call DPD but when I call DPD I can’t get anywhere as I don’t have a parcel number.

I'm sorry to learn your phone needs a Repair. 😔
It's not really for you to have to contact dpd to get this arranged.
They'll as in Samsung will liase directly with dpd themselves.
Did you also know in some areas Samsung offer a doorstep repair service where they come to you and conduct the repair outside your home.
Maybe send your information to the Samsung Community Forum Team here via your Private Message option and send your message to SAM_UK, as they might be able to help or direct you.
Or persevere with Samsung Customer Support.

I have contacted customer services many times but they don’t help me. I’ve spent hours trying to arrange pickup but Samsung say it’s arranged but the phone never gets picked up. How do I private message the Samsung forum team ?
