Hey all . Please can someone post a screen shot of the build numbers once you've downloaded your beta version so I can ensure I have the right build etc for my S9 + ( SM-G965F) . I'm starting to think the same I contacted the Tech support line through the Samsung Members app and was told that the beta testing programme IS available in the UK today. Samsung Customer services after care is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I've had hell with them over problems with THREE devices and now with simply trying to find out what's what. Samsung will bend over backwards to take your money for their tech but after care and customer support is the worst ever. You would think they would know what is going on and not go by here say. I appreciate the fact the fact that they have Customer service centres all over the world but its no excuse they have the technology to update and provide correct info to its paying customers. I'm going to move away from Samsung not just because of this beta issue but all the trouble, time and stress caused over my there devices. It's just not what I expect from a global brand like Samsung . If i knew how i would post a screen shot of my chat with this Customer service centre today yo show you all exactly what she said. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Hey this November security update came to you today? Is your phone direct from Samsung ? What network are you using? My S9+ is unlocked from Samsung upgrade programme but i still have to wait for weeks before the latest ( Sep, Oct and now November Security patches download to my handset I'm on BTU in the UK / SM-G965F ..... Latest firmware G965FXXU2BRJ1 I check for updates three to four times a day at different times of the day What I am doing wrong that i have to wait so long every month for the updates ..... A heads up woukd be appreciated... thanks :-)

Beta testing is being started on 20th Novembef thanks to Ross in tech support and it's starting on 20th November and then you'll be able to apply through the notice shown in notice section once you apply you'll be able to update through the update software section on your handset. Only on S9 S9+ Note 9 ....

Samsung Beta testers in the UK gave their time and effort for free. Samsung have made a serious mistake here and it will cost them both with loyalty and money. Samsung posted that beta testers would get the Oreo update " one day before non testers ". They simply used the good nature and precious time of all the testers to test their next money making software and have shown that loyalty does not pay while they move forward and make more money. It's not the fact the software has not been issued it's the slap in the face to all the people they used to get there software right and as I've said it will cost them dearly. #anotherbigmistake
