Hello @Sambrokemyphone and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
I'm disheartened that we meet you under these circumstances as fellow members. 😔
This forum is a user to user help and discussion forum, and not another avenue for Customer Services, so as such Samsung from that department wouldn't see your post left here.
To contact Samsung directly you would need to use the avenues of telephone, Live Chat ,and or your Samsung Members App feedback section.
As @Glenntech mentions do you want to elaborate as.to the issues your currently experiencing with your phone, so that we may help, and or submit your post in your own regions section of the Samsung Community Forum if relevant.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

The hinge sucks on the Galaxy Z Fold 4. I have replaced this phone twice. I went without a phone for 2 months dealing with Samsung and warranty on the first phone, because the screen began to come up on the internal screen leaving a black line down the middle of internal screen. Low and behold it did it again 7-8 months later from using the phone. Customer Service sucks. We need action. I have phone now where the whole internal screen is black. The fold was gimmick and they have not fixed issues with the hinges.
We need to start a lawsuit. This is craxzy spend over 2k for a phone the wont last a year.

I bought my Z Fold4 in 2022 for over €1,500 and treated it with extra care. A few days ago, I opened the screen and everything went black. The audio also stopped working.
An authorized Samsung center offered to replace the internal display for the "reasonable" price of €820, claiming this would solve the issue.
After further investigation, I declined their offer and reached out to an independent repair center. They quoted €620 for the same intervention but strongly advised against proceeding.
His exact words: "My friend, go get a new phone."
When I asked why, he explained that this is most likely a motherboard issue—often unfixable unless handled by Samsung directly.
I asked why the authorized center didn’t mention the potential motherboard failure. His reply: "Because they’ll take your €800, give you a 3-month warranty, and if the problem persists, it’s not their fault."
It’s embarrassing for a brand like Samsung to treat its loyal customers as guinea pigs for their fragile products.
I don’t usually write reviews—I prefer to speak with my wallet. In this case, I’ll simply stop buying Samsung.
I’m sharing this to warn anyone considering a Fold 4, 5, or 6: these phones may be pioneers in the foldable segment, but at the expense of customers like us.
This isn’t rage. It’s disappointment.
