Can't phone

I bought thus galaxy flipz5 and all of a sudden I can't seem to call anyone

Who is your service provider?

In cases such as this you should contact your service provider in the first instance to see if they are having problems.

Have you tried resetting your mobile network settings?

(Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings)

My Flipz5 doesn't seem to be charging and have checked all is OK with charger and wireless charger and the problem is that it charges for 30 seconds only. I have 82% so its not totally dead. Have checked the charging port and it's fine. Bought it 6 months ago. Is this a typical issue with the flipz5?

Settings > Device care > Battery (touch on it) > Protect battery,,, check that it is not set to limit the maximum charge. See screenshot...
