Yesterday, Dec 4, my flip 4 updated to the latest firmware as above.
Since then I've had Bluetooth issues with a couple of devices which had been working fine up until the update.

I can no longer connect to my Fitbit and to my Foreo device. Those devices still connect fine to another phone (good old Note 8).
I've tried un-pairing and re-pairing the Fitbit, and although the Flip4 and Charge 5 can "see" each other, I never get the pairing code on the Fitbit or the pairing request on the phone. I've tried all the usual things - turning Bluetooth off/on, restarting devices, uninstalling/reinstalling apps, etc to no avail. The fact that I am also unable to connect to the Foreo while everything works with another phone points at a possible problem with yesterday's software update.

Connection between the Flip 4 and various Bluetooth speakers is, however, still working fine and I am able to pair these without any issues.

My Charge 5 is on 57.20001.188.58 which AFAIK is the latest one, I installed it on Sunday afternoon once I'd connected to the Charge 5 via another device

Fitbit claim that. 188.58 update fixes the Bluetooth issue but reports seem that this isn't true

My Z flip 4 cannot connect with a brand new Fitbit Luxe. It was successfully connecting to another Luxe before the update. Tried everything except factory reset (toomuch work). The new Luxe has no issues connecting to my Samsung S6 Lite tablet. Samsung, please fix the issue.

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 since August 31, 2022.
The Bluetooth connection to my FreeStyle Libre 2 blood glucose sensors worked perfectly.
Since the update to Android 13 on December 16, 2022, this only rarely works.
The last December update on 28. didn't change that.
The solution to turn airplane mode on and off very rarely works for a short time.
This is a total catastrophe for me and other diabetics.
This problem has been known since August: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/242755161

Please, does anyone know a solution?

Today's Samsung firmware update F721XXUIBVL9 seems to have fixed the Bluetooth connection issue. My Fitbit Charge 5 is syncing normally again with my Flip 4

My last firmware-update is: F721BXXU1BVL9.
New Libre 2-Sensor.
Same Problem: no alarms.
Sorry: no fix

According to hints on the internet ( https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/242755161 ) I tried the following:
Unlocked the developer options and changed the "Bluetooth AVRCP Version" from 1.5 to 1.4.
Since then, at least the connection to my Freestyle Libre2 sensor-alarm is working again.

Last Update yesterday 2023-01-23:

Build F721BXXS1BWA2
Bluetooth-connection (alarm's) work only for 9 hours
Since then: the same problem as for 5 weeks
