Hi
I sent my phone to the Samsung shop a few days ago for screen replacement after an issue on the screen.
The screen has now been replaced and it is fine but the phone has returned with a problem on the ear speaker. It seems to be mute,
I can only take calls and hear whatsapp audios on loud speakers, the earpiece speaker is not working.
I have already tried the software update, resetting all settings, clearing storage data on the phone app, disconnecting bluetooth, nothing seems to work.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Any advice?
Many thanks!

@Binx92: I'm very sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with the in-call speaker following a recent repair. When you're on a call, have you tried pressing the Volume Up button on the side of the device to raise the overall call volume?
If so, and if it is at a suitable level, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics > Speaker, and follow the on-screen instructions. Can you hear the sample song clearly during the in-call speaker test?
If not, please get back in touch with our Support Team via samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor will be able to provide further assistance, however please be advised that a further engineer's inspection and repair may be required to bring the phone back to its default specifications. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Thanks All for your help, I have tried everything software related. Starting to think it is a hardware problem. I did not want to go back to the shop as they will clear all my configurations again and it is a pain to reset them all. But apparently will have to go back at some point. The samsung repair shop I used was the official one in Barcelona, Corte ingles Plaza Catalunya. Thanks again
