App Sound Notifications

The app sound notifications have stopped working on my Z Flip 4 when it is closed.

They work when the phone is open.

I have tried everything I can think of and also advice from Samsung, but nothing is resolving the problem.

Any ideas?

Hi @LisaMC74. What advice have you been given already please?

Restarting phone
Turn off all Bluetooth connections
Turning off notifications for certain apps
Check software is up to date
Change settings in sound and vibration section
Putting phone in safe mode
Lastly, diagnostic test - everything is working fine

Hi, did you sort it out? My phone just started to do that and I am at the end of trying everything possible.
