I am coming from the s24 and it was much stronger in terms of vibration. I had to have it half way. And on the S25 its on full and not very strong.

I am in the same boat. I upgraded from the S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra, and there is a significant difference in vibration intensity. I also have the vibration intensity set to the maximum settings, but I can barely feel it while it's in my pocket.

This has been a problem for several years at this point. Every Galaxy user I've spoken to—both IRL and online—knows about, and has been complaining about, this problem every single year. There is literally zero chance that Samsung doesn't know about it. ZERO. Every single Galaxy device I've had since my Note 10+ (which was strong and tight, btw) has had the same *****-poor vibration/haptics motor. S22 Ultra. S24 Ultra. S25 Ultra. They are all laughably weak, and don't let anyone tell you different. In fact, next time you have a chance, check out a friend's iPhone—literally any iPhone from the last decade or more—and you will experience what actual, REAL haptics feel and sound of like.
Look, I've been with Sammy ever since the Galaxy SII. I've used dozens of their devices over the years. They are undoubtedly premium consumer electronics products, by (just about) any standard. They have beautiful displays. The Ultras have the S-pen. One UI is the fullest, most robust and feature-rich piece of software on any Android line, anywhere in the world. That being said, they are also the MOST EXPENSIVE ultra-premium devices anywhere in the world. This being the case, I'm so sick and tired of Samsung cheaping out in areas that actually matter most to their customers—whether it be battery life or haptics or whatever. I'm also sick of being attacked by fanboys every time I point out a legitimate flaw and/or shortcoming with literally ANY aspect of their hardware, firmware or software.
Now, I won't speak for anyone else, but I'll say this for myself: Either something is going to change soon, or I'm going to be switching to Pixel.....which is just about the only other choice (in the USA) without downgrading significantly.
Get on it, Samsung!!! You are LITERALLY driving your customers away with your chintzy, arrogant behavior.
