I feel like the s25 has a very weak vibration, even with the intensity set to max.
is there an sort of fix?

I'm with you.......
Unfortunately, while Samsung could SLIGHTLY rework and/or refine the characteristics of the haptic motor (CS40L26 chip), this is 95% a limitation with the actual hardware itself, and so cannot be fixed/boosted/upgraded via an OTA update. I have owned the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the S24 Ultra and the S25 Ultra in the last few years. They ALL had the exact same weak, barely perceptible vibration motor. Samsung is fully aware of the problem. Samsung also has not addressed said problem in any way publicly. Samsung has given zero indication that they intend to rectify said problem in the future, as of yet.
Here's hoping they change their tune ASAP!

Nope. Every Galaxy I've had since my Note 10+ has had the exact same weak-ass, barely perceptible haptics and vibrations. Esentially useless in that regard, in fact.
So no, you were definitely not alone.

Unfortunately, there is not. While Samsung could POTENTIALLY tweak and refine the characteristics of the haptic motor of just about any modern device, this is ultimately a hardware limitation of the CS40L26 chip. As such, it cannot possibly be fixed in an OTA (Over The Air) update.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Hope you have a great day, though.

Also, in order for a Samsung to issue any sort of fix, they would actually have to acknowledge that they cheaped out on several crucially important features during these last few years—while also steadily raising the launch prices of their high-end products to the extent that they're literally the most expensive ultra-premium Android devices in the entire world.
Don't forget about that little nugget.

my s25 plus icy blue was produced in january. i wonder if it's the batch: if someome is happy with their vibration intesity, please feel free to maybe specify the color and month manufacturing date.
The vibration intensity is so low i can't feel it in my pants, or on the desk, rendering the Vibration mode useless. For the notifications it's worse.
I hope someone from samsung cares enough for these posts to at least investigate. In the nezt day i'll tru to go into a Samsung shop and see if their displayed models feel as weak as mine
