Hi everyone,
I just got my Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I’ve noticed that my Wi-Fi connection speed drops to 1 Mbps or even 0 Mbps at times. (Upload & Download Speed)
At first, I thought it might be an issue with my internet provider, but after running side-by-side speed tests with my old S22 Ultra, I found that the S22 gets normal speeds. I also tested my laptop, and it had the same stable speed as the S22 Ultra.
I checked the Wi-Fi settings on both the S22 and S25 Ultra to see if there were any differences, but everything looks the same. I also tried forgetting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi on my S25 Ultra, which temporarily fixed the issue, but the speed eventually dropped again.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am experiencing the same issue and almost terminated my internet services with the service provider. They came to my house and did a test with several other devices including my laptop. All devices shows that they were able to reach the maximum of above 500mpbs while my S25 Ultra is always stuck at below 300mpbs

I have Google Fiber with 5 Gbps down and 5 Gbps up. My kids’ phones get between 700 Mbps to 800 Mbps on a speed test over the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. But with my S25 Ultra, it gets stuck around 300 Mbps, which is really frustrating."

I rebooted my phone and the issue is resolved.

The question here is Samsung will fix this issue? Or we need to ask for a replacement phone?

yeah i also having same issue in my S25 ultra erlier on my s23 it works fine for 500mbps plan it max out, but now it only reach max 250-300max on S25 ultra

Anyone know how to proceed with this? see a growing number of reports and nothing from Samsung? I do know there are updates to be rolled out this month - optimistic it gets resolved, but unlikely. Have taken all the steps to t/s, to no avail - this is a ridiculous problem to have and probably impacts everyone on WiFi whether they know it or not.

My issue is the internet just stops. I will be cruising on news reports from different sources and then wham.... it takes a minute to load a website - any website. It looks like it completely loses the connection to the router and then needs to re-establish. Don't have problem on my s22 ultra.
