S25 Ultra WIFI Dropping out– I'm am having issues both at work and home. My phone works fine, but then the WiFi suddenly drops or becomes extremely slow multiple times a day, causing apps to lose connection. When I check the WiFi status, it shows as both "connected" or "connected without internet." After around a minute it reconnects. I just upgraded from a 23 Ultra, which connects perfectly in both locations and always has, and still does, along with other devices in both places that never have any issues.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially since I paid around £1500 and it's less than a week old. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting to the network, resetting the routers, and restarting the phone, but the problem persists with slow speeds and dropping connections,

any advice would be appreciated

I have my s25U connected to both work and home without issue,no drops or network bandwidth issues at all, rub it smarthub at home and Cisco AP at work

Are you perhaps using a wifi 7 or 6e network? I've noticed some strangeness on my phone, put it down to wifi 7 teething issues. My phone swaps to 6ghz for a few seconds then goes back to MLO

when i go on to advanced settings it says WIFI 7, note really sure what this is or how to change it? could that be the issue?

Look for the little number in the wifi icon. That's the wifi version you're currently using. Wifi version is the highest number supported by your phone and wifi router. Wifi 7 is really really new and advanced so I expected the issues I'm experiencing. If you're on wifi 5 or below, it means there's some general wifi issue.

My guess is the smart switching and network analysis stuff is a little buggy and gets confused. But I'd need you to say what wifi version you're on to estimate what it could be. Again, thats the little number next to your connected WiFi Screenshot_20250212_135509_Settings_1000015765_1739368542.png

it is only after happening again, what seems like the WIFI Connection dropping out, apps internet connection became very slow, buffering, ETC, but when I done a WIFI speed test, it was coming back as 'Very Fast' so maybe not a connection issue to the router, but an issue with the apps themselves using the connection? very strange...

It looks like the new S25 series doesn't send the correct FT information to the access point (FT is used for roaming between wifi access points), so the connection can be dropped or have problems connecting. Samsung should fix this ASAP.

I have the same issue as well. The wifi connection gets interrupted when I'm on x, WhatsApp, clash Royale, YouTube. I don't know why. There's no interruption on my S20. My wifi signal is 5 (the number next to the wifi symbol)

Can anyone please help?
