My s25 ultra wifi and mobile connectivity is horrible. I have tried resetting the networking settings, reset wifi connection,turned airplane mode off and back on, ran speedtests on my home wifi which is fine.  Speedtest on my phone is not good.  The download was 7 mbps and upload . 5 mbps. This phone is too expensive to perform this badly. Please advise.

If you turned "Flight" mode off then on, you'll have no connections, WiFi or mobile data.

Just to be certain make sure Flight mode is off. If you're experiencing slow connections, do you have other devices to compare using those same networks. Anything short of a damaged device, it's not likely your phone will be offering slow connection speeds unless the network themselves are running slowly. If you can confirm that other devices are running on the same networks much faster than what your S25 Ultra is getting, then we'll try some further troubleshooting.

Just a thought to add to @Joeeye excellent advice

Do you have a mobile tariff limited to 10mbs? Some networks like Vodafone have staggered tiers of data speed versus price.

Other than that, have you checked your network operators coverage checker to see if there are any masts in your area down?
