Hi everyone,
I just got my Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I’ve noticed that my Wi-Fi connection speed drops to 1 Mbps or even 0 Mbps at times. (Upload & Download Speed)
At first, I thought it might be an issue with my internet provider, but after running side-by-side speed tests with my old S22 Ultra, I found that the S22 gets normal speeds. I also tested my laptop, and it had the same stable speed as the S22 Ultra.
I checked the Wi-Fi settings on both the S22 and S25 Ultra to see if there were any differences, but everything looks the same. I also tried forgetting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi on my S25 Ultra, which temporarily fixed the issue, but the speed eventually dropped again.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How we can bring this directly to Samsung so they can fix it in next update?

You know what's really frustrating? I saved money all through 2024 to buy the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB. And every time I get buffering on YouTube or other video platforms, even with a 5 Gbps up and down Google Fiber connection, I regret selling my S23 Ultra.

Looks like this has been an issue for some time. I got a new router and spoke with Xfinity about my internet being bad but everything else in my house is testing great besides my s25 ultra. I am no Tech wizard but has anybody found a way to fix this yet? Is there a way to get to a Samsung person to look at this so they can maybe help?

Same issues here, I run i have two routers (Rs700 and a Bq16 with MLO) tried everything, wifi freezes will eventually reconnect. I have a 2.5Gbps symmetrical link going up to 5.5G symmetrical when its released. Very disappointed with the s25u and wifi 7 and MLO performance! Premium phone and cant even hold a wifi connection!
SORT IT OUT SAMSUNG!

We just got a new update for the s25 series but they did not fix the problem. I still have issues with my wifi speed.
Come on Samsung fix this problem is all over the internet.

I found out it was the "Randomized MAC"setting that was slowing mine down. Changed it to "Phone MAC", and speeds are where they're supposed to be now.
The setting took effect right away, and my speeds doubled.
