Mobile Data issue s25+

Hello everyone,

I bought the s25+ like 2 weeks ago, and i recently been having a problem when i switch my wifi off and try to switch mobile data on there is no data availbe only the bars show up, i have to cycle flight mode on and off but when i try to do that sometimes mobile data switch stays lit up even though it's in flight mode and i have to long press on it and turn the switch on and then off for it to stop being lit up. This happened once or twice before but now after i updated my phone yesterday it started happening everytime. 

1- Anyone having this issue ?

2- Could it be software or hardware related (defected phone) ?

Update: 

I noticed that this thing with the mobile data logo staying lit up and all, only happens when i am in the home screen and try to do it, if i am inside an app, for instance whatsapp, the problem doesn't happen

Yes exactly, it happens sometimes and the only trigger i found was the home screen

Here you go, it's lit up as if it's on (when it's actually off), when you long press on it it shows that it's off. This only happens on the home screen

Got it to do the thing again on the home screen.

I posted screenshots 

Is this the same thing that happens to you too?

OK so that screen indicates WiFi Off, Mobile data is on but no data connection.

The bars against each sim show you have connection for calls.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

Bro you're driving me nuts. That's not the problem, look a little closer: mobile data switch is on (when i actually pressed it to turn it off, yet the light is still on) look on the word mobile data it shows it's off. Do you get it now ?
