Hi there 👋

Have you enabled secure WiFi on your device? Settings > connections > at the bottom secure WiFi option. See if its on. If it is try to turn it off.

Settings > general management > reset > reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings

Also thing to try is to use VPN you can get one from google play store like secure VPN.

Done the steps you advised so just need to wait and see if it continues, as for vpn it's a bit too technical for me. The big issue is my screen shows I'm connected but I don't think I am and it's running away with all my mobile data

I am having the same trouble and it is driving me crazy. I wasn't sure whether the problem was with my mobile or my modem as I got them both at the same time. Its so frustrating because they tell you that this new tech will be so much better than the old and you just have to commit and trust them that it will be - and that certainly hasn't been my experience so far. And I cannot get any help. They keep telling me to do the same things over and over again.

Yeah same here tell you to do a soft reset and it cuts you off the call , no help whatsoever from Samsung

Yes same issue, I contacted both Samsung and my isp, both said it was the other. I preformed all the usual resets of network, even a full reset, turned off easymesh on my router, and split my wifi connections 2.4ghz and 5ghz connections. Wifi works fine for a bit then as you said apps won't open/load into. Example apps I've had repeat issues my Telus, banking apps, YouTube, X (formally Twitter). I also notice images on X and YouTube start to load considerably slow or not at all when the opening of apps issue occurs. I've also taken my phone in and the problem still persists, only thing I can think is a bug in the software, will be taking in again if no resolution.

It's a pain, I'm travelling to Edinburgh tomorrow to visit Samsung store where hopefully they can run some diagnostic tests

Post an update if they find the problem and if you're willing. Be of great help, not one post online has answered the cause of this problem. Thank you

So went to Samsung in Edinburgh but unfortunately no engineers in on a Saturday, but I was advised to return to the store I bought it and tell them as it was within 30 days of purchase they had to replace the phone as it was faulty, so that is what I done and now have new handset hopefully my issues are gone . The guy in Edinburgh did say he thought it was almost certainly a software issue
