Hello everyone,
I bought the s25+ like 2 weeks ago, and i recently been having a problem when i switch my wifi off and try to switch mobile data on there is no data availbe only the bars show up, i have to cycle flight mode on and off but when i try to do that sometimes mobile data switch stays lit up even though it's in flight mode and i have to long press on it and turn the switch on and then off for it to stop being lit up. This happened once or twice before but now after i updated my phone yesterday it started happening everytime.
1- Anyone having this issue ?
2- Could it be software or hardware related (defected phone) ?
Update:
I noticed that this thing with the mobile data logo staying lit up and all, only happens when i am in the home screen and try to do it, if i am inside an app, for instance whatsapp, the problem doesn't happen

Sorry not trying to be rude, i'm just frustrated that a new flagship device has these issues.
Yes both my sims have data plans, but this issue with the toggle not turnin off even though mobile data is off (and vice versa) happens to both plans and is not restricted to one plan only.

I also have this problem. Sometimes, after disconnecting from a wifi network (manually or going out of range), it doesn't switch to my mobile data, even though I have full signal and the mobile data toggle is on. Very frustrating. I have to go cycle airplane mode to get it working again. I have it since February and the March update didn't fix. Everything is uptaded, all the relevant intelligent wi-fi options activated, reset mobile network settings didnt work.

S25 ultra, also have the same issue. When out of range of wifi I lose all data. I can still make calls and use sms. Only way to get it to work again is to toggle flight mode.
Happens about once a day

I also face no data connection when I go out of wifi. This is happening randomly about once a week since I got this phone from pre-order. Checked with the mobile operator, all seems good.
Restarting the phone fixes the issue immediately.
Visited the service center yesterday. The guy suggested to re-install the OS to fix any bugs. Doing backups now to handover for OS re-install.

Let us know what happens after reinstalling the OS.
But before you do the reinstall please try something to confirm it's the same problem as us
Turn mobile data off and turn wifi on for 2-3 hours, after that yurn off wifi and turn on mobile data, if the same problem is found turn on flight mode and then off and tell us if it works

@Amer99 I have tried switching WiFi and Data vise versa. But I could not find any pattern to mention here.
It happens for me at random times as I keep both WiFi and Data on all the time. I will come to know about data issue when I move out of WiFi.
As suggested by some posts in forums, I have turned off. the automatic network selection. Manually selecting the provider and monitoring now.

Will try selecting network manually too.
Other thing to try is enable "mobile data always active" option under developer mode.
You'll need to enable developer mode to see that option.

Manually selecting the mobile network didn't work.
This issue has only occurred in a certain area.
The building has bad mobile reception but am connected to wifi.
When I walk out of the building I get disconnected from wifi. Mobile network reception is back to normal but data does not work until I toggle flight mode. I can still make phone calls and receive sms when this happens.
My previous Samsung phone never had this issue in the same area.
