Question re Lock Screen / AOD

I'm racking my brain trying to change the color of an item on this screen. 

I believe I stumbled upon this years ago from one of those YouTube videos showing hidden tips and tricks. 

At the bottom of this screenshot, in the middle, you'll see an orange swipe up dingy.  How can I change the color of that?

Try navstar from good lock

• The setting is in Good Lock / NotiStar / Background color / Start icon setting

My word, it's great we have this control, my brain is fried in trying to find this specific Setting. 

Oh, well.
