Hi all, I wonder if anyone has been having issues with their phone today?
Randomly, my bluetooth which is connected to my car is not playing audio via the car speaker, it is playing on my phone, but registering on the media screen, it's such a faff to get it to play audio generally that I have to say this is the biggest bug bear for me, the audio connectivity.
The other issue I have had today is some apps saying I am "Offline" using mobile data, even though i was using my ring camera and receiving messages, now i am on wifi, those particular apps seem fine.

I am constantly having the same issue, mine only started when the new Update was released for my phone and ever since Non stop disconnection and my phone will be on top of the device and it still have the same problem never experienced this before the update

All the solutions they are suggesting is the same response they give for any little problem, anything But actually fix there recent software bug in the Bluetooth department

This glitch is driving me absolutely nuts and nothing has improved.  I have been trying since May to resolved and have followed ALL of the suggestions - nothing works.  I also bought a brand new car last week and everything paired and worked well EXCEPT for calls - I still have to speak via Speaker function on my phone which is ridiculous.  Also cannot talk through Galaxy earbuds. SAMSUNG - when are you fixing this?????

I also started having this issue after I updated my phone on Oct 5.

I have S25+, Android version 16. I do not know what other information you would need to help.

My phone no longer connects to the audio player of my car. The phone shows that it is connected for calls but not media.

Ok so I actually went back in my car and did some more troubleshooting. The reset did not work. However, I did go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > and clicked the gear icon on my car's paired device. The option for "Calls" was turned on but the option for "Audio" was not. I turned that on and and that did the trick for me.

I hope that does help you as well.

Send a message to support, I am having issues again after updating and not even getting the audio option to toggle on. You will need to replicate the issue to send the error log

Thank you all.  I have done every single reset, cache clearing, unpairing etc etc and nothing.   When I go to the gear icon for bluetooth the toggle just wont stay on for audio - no matter how many times I try or how much I swear at the screen 🤣.  I will message support (again) but it is yet to be resolved - fingers crossed this time?

If you're getting the audio option, (I am not even getting it greyed out), the workaround I found is when the phone is connecting to your Bluetooth, select your car in phone Bluetooth , then details and the settings icon for the car, then toggle on audio immediately and select connect, it should stay on, turning on airplanemode and turning it off sometimes works as well but it's an absolute faff and has been going on for years for me, no issues with other phones automatically connecting

I have spent hours on the phone with Samsung support and have now done a complete factory reset.

this worked for one call.

It is now back to audio tab automatically disconnecting every time. 😞

I am sorry you did a factory reset. I wonder if it's something to do with smart things and using media output, but even so, it should be more intuitive. I sent a message to support and had a response to say they are looking into it
