Call issue (mute) after Android 16/One UI 8 update

Hi everybody,

A few days ago, I updated my S25 to Android 16/One UI 8.
After that, the calls have occasionally gone mute. I speak, but the person on the other side can't hear anything. The microphone works properly because with other apps (e.g. voice recorder), it can be heard normally.
Restarting the phone the calls works for a while, but then the problem recurs.

Has anyone else had the same problem?
How can I fix it?

Try wiping phone partition cache
Power off the device.
•  a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.

Since one UI 8 update my phone has rejected every call, and leaves a message, which I never composed, stating I'm counting sheep 🐏🐏🤷🏾, I have tried every setting, done a restart but nothing, am I also going to need to clear my cache again. Honestly if this happens on every update, I'll start using carrier pigeon 🐦 and smoke signals

Clean the cache but problem same problem !!!!

Same here.. need to reboot to unmute calls.. but only in the Samsung caller app; whatsapp calls are fine.

I did the wipe cache partition, but today I had the same problem.

I have the same issue, probably once a day microphone goes off, dont work with any app. After restart it functions and go down after some period of time. I have tried on 2 telephones s25+ both has the same issue. I have tried factory reset the devices and it happens again. ***** one ui 8.
