Notification issue.

Hi, all got my S25 ultra. Yesterday. But seem to be having a few issues with pop-up notifications. The only one that seems to work is when I receive a text message. All third party apps such as facebook, X, my banking apps, etc etc. Play the sound but only get the badge. I've checked all the settings for the individual apps. And pop-up notification is selected. Just wondering if anyone can advise on how to fix this or if anyone's having the same issue, please many thanks.

Settings - notifications - notification pop up style, switch to detailed. ?

Have you tried going through all the settings in the Notifications section within Settings?

Settings > Notifications
Check:
* App notifications
* Lock screen notifications

If all seems correct, go to Samsung Smart Tutor:

Are you referring to seeing notifications pop-up appearing at the top of the screen while you are using your phone?

This s25 phone is rubbish . I recently left being a apple user for years and I have never experienced any issues like this that does not have a fix or patch in place I will never buy a samsung phone ever again.
