Hi all, I wonder if anyone has been having issues with their phone today?
Randomly, my bluetooth which is connected to my car is not playing audio via the car speaker, it is playing on my phone, but registering on the media screen, it's such a faff to get it to play audio generally that I have to say this is the biggest bug bear for me, the audio connectivity.
The other issue I have had today is some apps saying I am "Offline" using mobile data, even though i was using my ring camera and receiving messages, now i am on wifi, those particular apps seem fine.

Ive not personally had issues. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps?

Cleared cache, reset the car bluetooth, unpaired and re-paired, I will keep persevering as it may be something I have inadvertently disabled or enabled. Thanks 😊

Hi @Greenmum1, sorry to see that your phone is having a connection issue with your car. I can see you've tried some troubleshooting steps already, but please could you also reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings on your phone? To do this, follow the steps below:

> From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access your apps.
> Select "Settings".
> Select "General management".
> Select "Reset".
> Select "Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings".
> Select "Reset settings".
> Enter your screen lock PIN, Pattern, or Password and select "Next".
> Select "Reset".

I'd also recommend ensuring your phone's software is up-to-date by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Could you give this a try and let us know how you get on? Many thanks.

Hi @Greenmum1

I have experienced the same in regards to seeing the ' offline ' message when I'm on Mobile Data which typically happens at home which I've put down to a weaker signal.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I tried this morning to reconnect the audio, it connected after switching the bluetooth on and off, but it's automatically connecting to Spotify rather than the Samsung music app when yesterday it was showing what was playing on the Samsung app. I shall keep tinkering, thanks for the responses

same problem Samsung A52 5G. for about a week. problem with the speakerphone system in the car and in two different bluetooth headphones. I can listen to music but when calling, despite the headphones being connected, they do not work. in the settings the option "phone calls" is selected
