Bluetooth issue

Im trying to connect my phone to my cars hands free but the box that comes up to ask for the pairing code dispears so i am unable to to enter it. Ive tried turning bluetooth off and on again on both devices ive factory reset both devices and that has not helped. I was hoping updating to oneui 8 would help but it didnt.

This is not a android auto issue my car is not android auto just make and receive calls. Ive attached a screen record of what happens ive reached out to samsung and the best they could give me was my car doesnt support android auto 😂

Put phone in safe mode then try connecting, this was an issue I faced and safe mode connection worked and continued to work when out of safe mode

Your video (at the point of me commenting) isn't yet approved.

You don't need Android Auto to connect a Samsung Mobile to a car's Bluetooth stereo. So that isn't the issue.

The pairing number box is usually only on for a few seconds. So when you try to connect, click pair on your car stereo and see if that enables the connection.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't have a pair on my stereo I've tried pressing the enter button but nothing. Each time I try and connect a new device to the stereo it comes up with audio warning please input the security code onto your mobile phone to Finnish pairing. Hopefully the vid will be approved soon so you can see it's difficult to try explain in words 🙊
